My track record speaks for itself! It gets lonely being the ‘ONLY’ anything... But I’d rather be the ‘’ONLY’ with God on my side than be one of many without God. “It’s always right to do right and always wrong to do wrong.” Doing right, even if it is going against the stream, is what God calls us to do! With that in mind, ‘ONLY’ is where I prefer to be!

No exceptions! Abortion is always murder! John Jacob will continue his fight to protect all innocent preborn lives from being intentionally killed.
All children are precious and deserve to be protected. The Declaration of Independence declares the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Without life you have nothing.
As a State Rep I defended ALL life in Indiana. Abortion is the murder of innocent preborn children who are image-bearers of God. In light of this, I support abolishing ALL abortion and ensuring equal protections under the law for preborn children at the state and federal level.
Abortion is the greatest scourge against our country. On average 3000 babies daily are murdered by abortion. Abortion is not healthcare.
The overturning of Roe v Wade has not stopped abortion, in fact since it was overturned the abortion rate is at it's highest since 2012.
Imagine the deafening sound in God's ears from the blood of the millions upon millions of preborn babies murdered by abortion crying out for justice.
May God have mercy on our nation and the world!
Securing Borders
John Jacob will oppose failed border policies and fight to secure our southern border by working to complete the border wall and calling on all civil authorities to enforce border laws.
Our border crisis is putting ALL Americans at risk! It is causing devastating effects on our families. We have an influx of drugs coming across the border and wreaking havoc in our nation but it’s not just the drugs. Even more harmful is the sex trafficking of innocent children and women who are being used or sold as sex slaves. We have a mass volume of illegal immigrants crossing the border at an unprecedented rate and with that it brings increased crime, sex trafficking, depletion of our resources driving up our costs, added strain on our already out of control budget because they are given support and services by tax payer money, increasing inflation. Finally another area not talked about as much is the number of terrorists coming across the border … don’t be fooled there are terrorist sleeper cells on American soil who are ready and awaiting orders to act.
We must secure the border and we must have a top notch vetting system when allowing immigrants into America.
Medical Freedom and Bodily Integrity
John Jacob will fight for your medical freedom and bodily integrity. Nobody should lose their job or be denied service because of their personal medical choices.
I am the ONLY candidate in the race for Congress in district 6 to have received a Pass+ rating from Hoosiers for Medical Liberty! As a State Representative I fought for you during the COVID crisis and against the tyrannical mandates! I have and will continue to fight for your medical freedom and bodily integrity! NOBODY should ever lose their job or be denied service because of their personal medical choices! “We the People” should NEVER be coerced by fear into compromising our bodily integrity and our moral values!
Gun Rights
John Jacob was successful in fighting to get constitutional carry passed in Indiana. Now he wants to continue to fight to expand protections for our 2nd amendment rights at a federal level. To work hard to eliminate red flag laws that strip away our 2nd amendment rights.
I am committed to protect our God given 2nd Amendment rights and repeal red flag laws! We have the constitutional freedoms to defend ourselves and our families! The US Constitution grants American citizens the right to keep and bear arms and that those rights shall not be infringed! I fought for Constitutional Carry at the state level and I will take that battle to the federal level! I will fight to protect our constitutional rights!
Protecting Our Children
John Jacob has and will fight to protect our children. As a State Representative John pressed for various pieces of legislation to protect children in Indiana. John has been endorsed by Purple for Parents for his work to protect children at the Indiana State House. John will always do what is right for our children!
It is my promise to defend and protect our children! Our children are precious and valuable and should be protected! I will fight against the rampant sex trafficking of our children and the child porn industry that goes on in our nation. If we stop it in America it will have a massive impact worldwide because America, sadly, is a leader in both arenas. I have defended and will defend our children from the radical left who are indoctrinating them against what is good and also grooming them to question even basic biology of whether they are a boy or girl, going against their God-given gender. It is additional abuse to then encourage children to mutilate their body in incomprehensible ways that will not only scar and disfigure their body permanently but will even more so scar and disfigure their mind. This is child abuse at the greatest level! This should not be! Our culture has become a culture that justifies child abuse by calling it by another name such as choice or finding themselves. I will fight to punish the evil doers who seek to harm our children!
Election Integrity
John Jacob will fight for Election Integrity to ensure we have accountability and a trustworthy voting process.
I will defend our rights to a free and equal election. I will push to turn back the tide to ensure we have fair elections and a secure trustworthy election process even if that means going back to all paper ballots. Something has to change to bring back the trust of the American people in the American voting process.
Veterans and Public Safety
John Jacob will support our Veterans and press for them to receive the due respect and services they deserve for serving and defending our country and our constitutional freedoms.
John will stand with our public safety servants, pushing to make sure they have the necessary tools and equipment they need to provide quality protection and service for our citizens and country.
I will stand with our veterans! They have put their lives on the frontlines to protect and defend our country, our lives and our liberties. They deserve our respect and our support. Without our veterans and military America would not have had the vast freedoms we have had and continue to have to this day.
I will stand with our public safety offiicials. They put their lives on the frontlines to protect and defend our lives and our liberties. They deserve our respect and resources to ensure that they have the necessary equipment to keep themselves and the American citizens safe from those who would seek to harm us.
Governmental Overreach
John Jacob will fight to reign in governmental overreach and tyrannical actions of the governmental body and their agents.
We've most recently seen this in action within governmental agencies. I will fight against the tyrannical weaponization (abuse) that the American Government has allowed the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to launch against the American people. It is an absolutely sickening, deplorable, hideous, gross attack on the constitutional rights we have as American citizens!
National Debt
John Jacob will fight to balance our budget. John has decades of experience in the area of governmental spending and how to get it under control.
I will fight against the reckless spending of our government. I do not believe America is called to police the world. America does not have the financial resources or the capability to supply the needs of the world. Doing so puts America at risk and is a concern for our national security.
America should place it tops priority on the safety and well being of its citizens first and foremost.
Inflation - Less government less taxes
John Jacob will fight against the reckless spending of our government. and work to reign in the abuse of our taxation. As a representative I fought to reduce taxes in many areas. I fought to repeal the fuel tax, reduce property tax, and income tax.
I have a vast amount of experience through almost 3 decades of auditing the government. I know government and the workings of the governmental system. I will do everything in my power to get a balanced budget and I will not vote for pork spending legislation!
